We are specifically looking for experienced consultants (2-10 years of experience) based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.

About the Role

As a member of one of our teams, you will have the opportunity to contribute to transformational change in your clients' businesses by developing and delivering tailored solutions. You will also have the chance to work on a variety of projects, ranging from strategy development to implementation. Collaborate with an ambitious and multidisciplinary team of colleagues, with access to experts throughout our international community of consultants. Your professional and personal growth will be supported by a Development Manager, and we organize various training sessions and enjoyable social events, all while you learn other exciting aspects of being a consultant at BearingPoint.

What We Are Looking For

While prior consulting experience is preferable, it is not necessary. We expect you to hold a master's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Management, Information Systems, or Finance. A business mindset, strong analytical skills, team spirit, and ambition to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment are essential. Collaboration skills are crucial, and you should enjoy working with others to achieve common goals. As a colleague, reliability and generosity towards those around you are valued. A growth mindset and strong analytical skills are also important.

Given that we manage projects and advise clients in both the private and public sectors, excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written) are a requirement.

For our Technology Team:

• Tech transformation

For our Data & Analytics Team:

• Experience with data collection, transformation, and analysis.

• Some experience in coding is required, e.g., in SQL, Python, or R. You should have built BI dashboards and statistical models using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
