BearingPoint Sweden are searching for a Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and/or Malmö. As a management consultant at BearingPoint, you will have the opportunity to work in an ambitious team, engage with international experts, and contribute to meaningful projects that drive transformation and growth for our clients.

About the role

As a member of our Strategy and Operations team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to transformational change in your clients´ business by developing and delivering tailored solutions. Our teams focus areas includes operational excellence and supply chain management (i.e. procurement, logistics, manufacturing)

You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from strategy development to implementation. These projects may involve helping clients define their strategies and designing and delivering supply chain capabilities. By leveraging your expertise and collaboration with talented colleagues, you will create value for clients through process optimization, cost reduction, digitalization, sustainability and innovation.

You will work with an ambitious and multidisciplinary team of colleagues, and you will have access to experts throughout our international community of consultants. Your professional and personal growth will be supported by a Development Manager, and we arrange lots of trainings and fun social events. All while learning other exciting aspects of being a consultant at BearingPoint.

What we are looking for

• M Sc Engineering, Economics or other M Sc degree that is deemed relevant
• 6-9 years of management consulting experience and delivering in projects within one or several of the following areas; sourcing & procurement, supply chain management, operations, operational excellence, planning & demand management, change management
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Tools to aid day-to-day business activities: Excel, PowerPoint
• Comfortable in an international environment and willing to travel to client assignments on the local market and abroad
• Business mindset, strong analytical skills, team spirit and an ambition to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sales and/or business development activities with proven track record in selling projects and teams
• Proven leadership skills
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
