BearingPoint is looking for a Senior Professional to join our Technology team in Stockholm.

Do you have experience advising clients on business-critical tech transformation projects and are looking for new opportunities In Management Consulting? Then we would like to know more about you.

Your role

As a BearingPoint consultant, you will work on various projects delivering high-value insights to our clients. Our Technology Team advises business leaders and offers services such as tech transformation, agile project management, change management, procurement, IT sourcing, process automation, and other assignments spanning from high-level strategic advisory to client-side systems implementation management. In your work, you will utilize your project management skills to bridge gaps between business and technology departments across various industries.

As a Manager, you will efficiently manage projects, proposals and people.

BearingPoint Managers are commercially minded and proactively contribute to client and practice development. Demonstrating an ability to persuade by adapting communication to diverse audiences. You will be managing change, identifying barriers, and designing tactics. As well as lead by example and act as an ambassador of the firm, displaying the highest professional standards.

Requirements

• M Sc Engineering, Economics or other M Sc degree that is deemed relevant.

• 6-9 years of experience with technology strategy and transformation consulting.

• Solid understanding of ERP systems and an ability to translate strategy to high-level business architecture and IT services design.

• Comfortable in an international environment and willing to travel to client assignments on the local market and abroad.

• Proven leadership skills and strong analytical ability.

• Experience in sales and/or business development activities with a proven track record in selling projects and teams.

Additionally, to aid in day-to-day business activities, experience using Excel and PowerPoint is a must. As we manage projects and advise clients in both the private and public sectors, it´s a requirement that you have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
