Your role:

Financial Services industry is going through a massive disruption arising from evolving customer expectations, increased competition from new entrants, rapid technological innovation, and tightened regulation. As a leading technology independent management advisory in the Financial Services industry in the Nordics, we have a true passion for helping the industry through this transformation. Together with our team you will be helping the largest Nordic Financial Services companies to navigate the changing landscape.

In your work as a Consultant, you will for example:

• Work with regulatory advisory and data engineering
• Help clients to optimize, automate and digitalize processes
• Plan and execute complex regulatory and risk management projects
• Define test plans, test cases and execute testing
• Focus on risk frameworks, processes and solutions
• Developing our business together with the team, for example, by creating client proposals and continuously improving our offerings and practices

As your proficiency deepens, you'll have a chance to adopt larger responsibilities both in client engagements, such as leading projects or project streams, and in our internal business development activities.

We are looking for:

• Prior experience within Financial Services (either industry or consulting) in one or more of the following areas:
  • Working and analyzing data (such as Python, SQL, BI-tools)
  • Financial Regulation (such as Basel IV, CRR, COREP, FINREP, MiFID)
  • ESG Regulation (such as EU taxonomy, CSRD)
  • Financial risk management (such as credit, liquidity or market risk)
• Academic degree in a relevant field, such as M.Sc. in business or technology
• Passion for Financial Services sector (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth Management) and curiosity to learn and adapt to new functional areas within Financial Services
• Ability to approach problems in an analytical and structured way
• Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish (written & spoken)
