About the Role

We are now looking for a Senior Manager to help lead and further develop our public sector business, focusing on government agencies and/or municipalities. In this role, you will:
- Lead and deliver transformative projects that provide long-term results for public organisations.
- Support strategic and operational implementation in areas such as digital transformation, IT infrastructure, organisational development, change management and more.
- Manage high-impact projects while leveraging BearingPoint's extensive intellectual capital in strategy and management to deliver value.
- Play a key role in business development, strengthen relationships with our public sector clients and mentor junior colleagues.
You will be managing change, identifying barriers, and designing tactics. As well as lead by example and act as an ambassador of the firm, displaying the highest professional standards.

Who We Are Looking For
- M.Sc. in Engineering, Economics or another relevant master’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience, including a proven track record of at least 6 years as a consultant, delivering projects for government agencies or municipalities, focusing either on digitalisation and Tech transformation or organisational development and strategy.
- You are commercially minded and have experience contributing to client and practice development. Demonstrating an ability to persuade by adapting communication to diverse audiences
- Strong leadership abilities and an ability to manage complex projects.
Additionally, to aid in day-to-day business activities, experience using Excel and PowerPoint is a must. As we manage projects and advise clients in both the private and public sectors, it´s also a requirement that you have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
