Manager – Data & Analytics
BearingPoint is looking for a Senior Professional to join our Data & Analytics team. We advise some of Sweden’s most reputable companies on how to best make use of data- and AI technologies. If you have experience doing just that and are looking for new opportunities In Management Consulting, we would like to know more about you.
Your role
Our Data & Analytics (D&A) team combines management consulting with technical expertise to help our clients make better data-driven decisions. Expect to participate in projects ranging from advisory to implementation. We help our clients define a D&A strategy, organize their capabilities, and implement data platforms and AI solutions.
As a Manager, you will efficiently manage projects, client dialogues and people.
BearingPoint Managers are commercially minded and proactively contribute to client and practice development, demonstrating an ability to persuade by adapting communication to diverse audiences from C-level executives to developers. You will be managing change, identifying barriers, and designing tactics. As well as lead by example and act as an ambassador of the firm, displaying the highest professional standards.
Requirements
- M Sc in Engineering, Economics or other M Sc degree that is deemed relevant.
- 7+ years of experience within the data, analytics, and/or AI fields.
- Experience with hands-on development of data solutions.
- Experience with leading teams in the relevant field.
- Ability to translate business needs and requirements into a technology-based approach, including e.g. architecture recommendations, progression plans, and risk mitigations.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing/presentations.
- Comfortable in an international environment and willing to travel to client assignments on the local market and abroad when needed.
- Experience in sales and/or business development activities with a proven track record in selling projects and teams.
Additionally, to aid in day-to-day business activities, experience using Excel and PowerPoint is a must. As we manage projects and advise clients in both the private and public sectors, it is a requirement that you have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
