Introduction

The ambition of BearingPoint Academy is to create close and long-standing collaborations with talented students by offering its participants a chance to learn more about management consulting, get a foot in the door at a global firm, network with other students as well as professionals at BearingPoint and to start developing your future professional profile.

What we offer

We want you to get a head start in your future career and take the opportunity to develop valuable skills for your professional profile by joining BearingPoint Academy. BearingPoint Academy runs during the autumn of 2025 for students and is packed with social activities, practical training, networking, and hands-on experience from management consulting. The program is made up of eight students from Swedish universities that want to get their foot in the door at a leading consultancy with a global reach. Each participant will have access to their own mentor from BearingPoint throughout the entire program that will act as a sounding board and guide. You will, together with your mentor, set the ambition for how productive and rewarding you want the program to be.

What the program offers

• Practical case crafting tools and frameworks
• One-on-one sessions with your own BearingPoint Mentor
• Interview practice and theory
• Insight into an actual client project
• On-site visit to one of our offices together with other BearingPoint Academy participants
• Social events at our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö

Who are we looking for?

BearingPoint Academy is a program tailored towards students that want to gain new experiences, meet new people, and learn more about the consulting profession. Apart from being engaged in, and committed to, the program we want you to:

• Have a genuine interest in management consulting
• Be creative and not afraid to take initiative
• Enjoy problem-solving in any shape or form
• Be social and outgoing
• Open to new experiences
• Have completed 2-3 years of university education
