Consultant/Senior Consultant – Financial Services

About the role:
You will join us as either a Consultant or Senior Consultant, depending on your experience and skill set. In this role, you’ll be involved in a mix of client-facing and internal projects within the Financial Services sector, contributing to both project delivery and business development activities. You'll work closely with the Danish FS Lead and colleagues across various focus areas such as Cards & Payments (CAP) and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), as well as with counterparts across our European offices.
Your work may include:
- Support clients with transformation journeys through core banking initiatives and insurance transformation projects of similar scope.
- Defining clients’ business target state and coordinate strategic planning related activities
- Planning and leading operating model and change initiatives across technical, business, regulatory, and data areas in collaboration with the team.
- Participating in testing and planning across various projects, based on project-specific needs
- Taking part in client meetings and facilitating workshops.
- Developing our business together with the team for example by creating client proposals, identifying new opportunities, and continuously improving our offerings and practices
Based on your experience and interests, the specific role and responsibilities will be discussed in more detail throughout the recruitment process.
We are looking for:
You have 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services—e.g., banking, insurance, or fintech—with exposure to areas like compliance, risk, regulation, or business transformation.
You likely also have experience with:
- Designing and optimizing business processes
- Assessing business impact and supporting change across different functions through training, communication, or implementation
- Creating and managing requirements or use cases
- Coordinating projects or supporting project teams (e.g. as a project coordinator or junior project manager)
In addition you have:
- Solid stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills
- Academic degree in a relevant field, such as M.Sc. in business or technology
- Fluent communication skills (written and spoken) in Danish and English
